Hire Terms and Conditions

Mobility Equipment Hire Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: Hirer must be at least 18 years old and provide valid ID.

Deposit:

  • Mobility Scooters: £100 deposit
  • Walkers: £50 deposit
    Deposit is refundable if equipment is returned in the same condition, excluding normal wear and tear.

Insurance: All equipment includes FREE insurance covering damage, loss, or theft (subject to terms). Hirer is liable for any misuse or negligence.

Condition: Equipment must be returned in the same condition as provided. Hirer must report any damage or malfunction.

Hire Period: The agreed hire period must be adhered to. Extensions require prior approval.

Liability: Hirer is responsible for safe use and compliance with laws. Hirer is liable for any injury or damage caused during use.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

Amendments: Any changes to the agreement must be confirmed in writing.

*Terms & Conditions:
A 10% discount on your first month's care package is applicable only to clients who complete a full month of service (28 days). The discount will be applied to the invoiced amount in accordance with the agreed package. A signed contract must be returned before the discount can be applied.
